In collaboration with Clawson Architects, the rooms were rearranged and redefined. The dining room is now located on the front of the home, just off the newly created foyer. The custom bookcases and bridge create a cased opening and frames the foyer entrance. Matching stain, and pre-finished flat stock trim was also purchased from Clawson Cabinets for the window casings and trim in the foyer to create a coherent look. Behind the dining table, additional cabinets flank a stand up piano on the back wall with a similar bridge to create the dining area of this open plan. Base cabinets store family puzzles and board games. Woodharbor Signature Cabinets in the new First Avenue 5/4 door, Full overlay on framed cabinets with edge pulls.

Play Room Below: Custom cabinets by Woodharbor provide both open and closed toy storage. By continuing the the wood type and stain color we create connection from room to room. The door style is the more casual Long Beach— a classic slab style . This room was the original dining room. The new addition by Clawson Architects allowed for a more gracious space and higher ceilings. Working together with the interior designers at Clawson Architects, we created the custom paneling and used Woodharbor stain to complete the look.

Before - The dining room was relocated. This space is now the kids play room. Room size doubled and ceiling vaulted for grand views of a park like setting.

Before— previously a breezeway., at some point this area was enclosed to create more space. In our renovation, this has become the family room pictured below.

A cozy sun room that flows from the front of the home to the back was a former breeze way that had been enclosed by the former owners for additional space. Clawson Cabinets created more custom open storage and a window seat with storage below to bird watch. Beyond the pocket door is a Home Office.
