The existing breakfast room and laundry behind the bifold doors was annexed to create an entertaining style kitchen. Existing windows were restored and relocated within the space.
The access to the mudroom to the left of the fireplace was closed off to create a more gracious mudroom and wind break as well as re-define the circulation pattern.
